Update: 26-year-old Cassandra (Ashton) Joyce Clark Found.

UPDATE: The 26-year-old woman who was reported missing from Port Hawkesbury yesterday has been found safe.

The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance and retweets on social media.

Inverness County District RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 26-year-old Cassandra (Ashton) Joyce Clark, who was last spoken with on September 28 in Port Hawkesbury.

Clark is described as 5 feet 4 inch, 110lbs, has blonde hair, blue eyes and wears clear glasses as seen in the photo. She has the following tattoos:

• The word “Family” on her upper back with praying hands on either end;
• A Celtic cross on her left forearm;
• A Lobster on one of her ankles.

Investigators have also learned the following:

• Cassandra Clark is also known as Ashton Clark, and answers to both names;
• She recently shaved her hair and is known to wear wigs that are long and believed to be blonde or dirty blonde in colour;
• She was planning to travel from Port Hawkesbury to Dartmouth by bus on September 28;
• The bus ticket was used, at this time it’s unknown if Clark was the passenger.

When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and those that know them. We ask that people spread the word through social media respectfully.
