Update: MISSING: 12-Year-Old Makaila Turner-Gerrior.

UPDATE: The 12-year-old youth who was reported missing from Bible Hill has been found safe.

Colchester County District RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 12-year-old Makaila Turner-Gerrior, who was last seen on October 20, at 6:45 p.m., on East Court Rd. in Bible Hill.

Turner-Gerrior is described as 5-foot, 80 lbs, has brown hair with a blonde streak at the back and blue eyes. Turner-Gerrior also sometimes wears pink framed glasses. She was last seen wearing a white sweater with a “Kiss” logo on it, jeans, beige high-top sneakers and a pink and white unicorn backpack.

RCMP officers have checked with family, friends, neighbours, local parks and schools, however Turner-Gerrior has not been located.

When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and those that know them. We ask that people spread the word through social media respectfully.
