New Glasgow Regional Police arrest two persons at a Birch Street residence, New Glasgow, N.S.

News Release
On Friday September 1st, 2023, at 5:55pm, New Glasgow Regional Police arrested two persons from Pictou County at a residence on the 400 block of Birch Street New Glasgow following an investigation.
With assistance of New Glasgow Regional Police Major Crime Unit, Royal Canadian Mounted Police Service Dog and the Crisis Response Team and Stellarton Police Service, two persons were arrested on scene without incident.
-a 36-year-old male from Pictou County was arrested on three outstanding warrants including;
Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
Break and Enter and possession of Break in Instruments.
Failure to comply with Release Conditions and Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Flight from Police.
He was also charged with three counts of Failure to Comply with Release Conditions
-a 26-year-old female from Pictou County was also charged with three counts of Failure to Comply with Release Conditions
Both were remanded into custody and will be appearing in Provincial Court in Pictou on Tuesday September 5, 2023.
The investigation is continuing.
