Missing 59 Year-Old Woman Last Seen Boarding a Bus.

UPDATE: The woman that was reported missing from Port Hawkesbury yesterday has been located safe.

The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance and retweets on social media.

Port Hawkesbury RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 59-year-old Angela Phinney, who was last seen October 7 boarding a bus in Port Hawkesbury with an end destination in Halifax but is unknown if she got off the bus prior.

Angela Phinney is described as 4-foot-11, with dirty blond shoulder length hair sometimes worn in a bun, blue eyes and often wearing sunglasses. No clothing description is available but could be carrying a small wheeled suitcase.

When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and those that know them. We ask that people spread the word through social media respectfully.
