Update: Found Safe. Help Locate Missing 13 Year Old Girl.

The 13-year-old youth who was reported missing yesterday from Beaver Bank has been found safe.

The RCMP thanks Nova Scotians for assisting with missing persons files through social media shares and offering tips.

RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 13-year-old Shelby England.

She was last seen at approximately 1:30 p.m. on February 28 in Beaver Bank.

England has blonde hair, she is approximately 5-foot-2, 110 pounds. When last seen, she was wearing a purple Nike sweater, grey Nike sweatpants, white Air Force 1 shoes and a yellow hoodie.

When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and those who know them. We ask that people spread the word through social media respectfully.
