Health Authorities Prepare for Potential Strike.

Michelle Thompson, Minister of Health and Wellness, has asked the province’s two health authorities to prepare for potential strike action in the event that the last day of scheduled bargaining, Thursday, August 29, is unsuccessful.

The Province is committed to reaching a successful deal with the Council of Health Care Unions. Preparations are considered precautionary at this time.
