The First Tiny Home Community in Nova Scotia is Taking Shape.

The first tiny home community in Nova Scotia is taking shape in Lower Sackville, with units being put in place today, August 29.
The Province provided $9.4 million in the fall of 2023 for construction costs and has committed $935,000 for annual operating costs. Wraparound supports will be provided on-site to help residents connect to employment and more permanent housing.
