Pictou County RCMP Searching For 77-year-old Stephen Gibbon Missing From Kings Head.

Pictou County District RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 77-year-old Stephen Gibbon, who was last seen walking on Ceilidh Brae Rd. in Kings Head, Pictou County, at approximately 10:30 a.m. today.

Gibbon is described as 5-foot-8, 150lbs and has white hair. He was last seen wearing a green jacket, a red and black hat, blue jeans and knee-high rubber boots.

Local Ground Search and Rescue teams, an RCMP Police Dog Service team and Pictou County District RCMP members are in the area searching for Gibbon. We are asking people in the area to check their properties and outbuildings for signs of Gibbon. As search efforts continue and new information is received, an emergency alert will be considered.
