Search Warrant Leads to Seizure of Drugs and Cash at Stellarton Residence.

Pictou County Integrated Street Crime Enforcement Unit conduct search warrant and seize drugs/cash at a Stellarton residence, Stellarton, N.S.

On Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 8:00 p.m., the Pictou County Integrated Street Crime Enforcement Unit, with the assistance of the Stellarton Police Service, conducted a search warrant at a residence on Bridge Avenue, Stellarton.

As part of a lengthy investigation, police seized a quantity of cash, hydromorphone, diazepam, and cocaine.

Police arrested at the scene a 44-year-old male from Pictou County without incident and has been charged with:
Possession for the purpose of trafficking and Obstructing a police officer.

Police also arrested at the scene and charged a 27-year-old male from Pictou County with
Failing to Comply with Conditions of a Release Order.

Both men were released on an undertaking and will appear in Pictou Provincial Court June 12, 2023.
