Police Investigate Thefts From Vendors at Ribfest.
New Glasgow Regional Police is asking for the public’s assistance to help solve an ongoing investigation in relation to several thefts from vendors that occurred at a local event.
On Sunday August 13, 2023, in the early hours between 3:00 am and 6:00 am suspect(s) stole several items from vendors that were part of the Pictou County Ribfest 2023 in downtown New Glasgow this weekend. Items ranged from equipment to food.
New Glasgow Regional Police is currently in the preliminary stages of the investigation.
Police are asking anyone that may have video, camera footage or dashcams to check their footage and report it to police as this may be valuable to the police investigation.
