Police Charge a 45-year-old With Theft of a Vehicle.

At approximately 2:30 pm, New Glasgow Regional Police have arrested a 45-year-old on Marsh Street after a 2013 Ford Focus was stolen from a business on Merigomish Road, New Glasgow. The vehicle was stolen on August 12, 2023.

The vehicle was recovered in Stellarton on August 14.

The 45-year-old male from Pictou County has been charged with;

Theft of a Motor Vehicle.

The man was remanded into custody and will be appearing in Provincial Court in Pictou on Tuesday morning.

New Glasgow Regional Police continue to investigate.
