Police Arrest Suspect at Scene of Vehicle Break In.

Overnight at approximately 12:30 am, Truro Police Service patrol officers responded to a call of a male attempting to enter vehicles in the area of Glenwood Dr and Kaulback St.

Multiple officers arrived on scene quickly and were able to contain the area and arrest 18-year-old Austin Landry of Truro for possession of stolen property and breach of a court undertaking.

The accused was held in police lockup overnight and will appear in Provincial Court.

Officers did recover some small items that were taken from vehicles.
