30 Year Old Man Charged After One Person Left With Significant Injuries.
Colchester County District RCMP arrested a man for attempted murder after an assault that left one person with significant injury.
On November 25, at approximately 1:55 a.m., officers received a report of an assault in progress at a residence in Denmark, Nova Scotia. Upon arrival, officers found that the victim had sustained life-threatening injuries, and the subject had fled on foot. The suspect and victim were known to each other.
The victim was transported to hospital by EHS.
Aaron Wilton, 30, of Denmark, NS, was arrested when he returned to the residence. He is charged with Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose. He had a first court appearance on November 25 and was remanded into custody, pending future court appearances.
