NSHA Asking For Public’s Assistance in Locating Missing Patient.
Nova Scotia Health is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 36-year-old Andrew Forest who is missing from a Dartmouth hospital.
Andrew has brown hair shaved close to his head and a slender build. He stands 5’7” and weighs 145.8 lbs. He was last seen wearing black sweatpants and a red hoodie.
The patient’s risk to himself and others increases with the length of time he is away from treatment.
Anyone with information is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.
