{"id":10014,"date":"2024-12-17T14:40:17","date_gmt":"2024-12-17T17:40:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/?p=10014"},"modified":"2024-12-17T14:40:18","modified_gmt":"2024-12-17T17:40:18","slug":"single-vehicle-crash-results-in-life-threatening-injuries","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/index.php\/2024\/12\/17\/single-vehicle-crash-results-in-life-threatening-injuries\/","title":{"rendered":"Single Vehicle Crash Results in Life Threatening Injuries."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Victoria County District RCMP is investigating a serious single-vehicle crash that occurred in St. Patrick\u2019s Channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On December 16, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Victoria County District RCMP, fire services, and EHS, responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash on Hwy. 105, near Abershore Rd. RCMP officers learned that a Nissan Qashqai was travelling east when it went off the road and struck a culvert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The driver, a 34-year-old man from Wagmatcook, and a passenger, a 36-year-old woman from Wagmatcook, both suffered serious injuries and were transported to hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second passenger, a 33-year-old woman from Wagmatcook, suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital by EHS Lifeflight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A collision reconstructionist attended the scene and the investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hwy. 105 was closed for several hours but has since reopened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Source : RCMP Release <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Victoria County District RCMP is investigating a serious single-vehicle crash that occurred in St. Patrick\u2019s Channel.
