{"id":10041,"date":"2024-12-19T12:50:28","date_gmt":"2024-12-19T15:50:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/?p=10041"},"modified":"2024-12-19T12:50:29","modified_gmt":"2024-12-19T15:50:29","slug":"40-year-old-woman-charged-after-serious-incident-at-convenience-store","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/index.php\/2024\/12\/19\/40-year-old-woman-charged-after-serious-incident-at-convenience-store\/","title":{"rendered":"40 Year Old Woman Charged After Serious Incident at Convenience Store."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Kings District RCMP has charged a woman involved in a robbery in Kingston.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last night, at approximately 11:30 p.m., RCMP officers responded to a report of a robbery at a convenience store on Main St. Investigators learned that a woman entered the business, brandished an edged weapon and demanded money and cigarettes before fleeing on foot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A 40-year-old woman involved in the incident was later located and safely arrested by officers in the Wilmot area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erica Lynn Patterson has been charged with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Robbery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to Comply with a Release Order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Patterson was held in custody and will appear in Kentville Provincial Court today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Source: RCMP Release <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kings District RCMP has charged a woman involved in a robbery in Kingston.
