Officers also seized an unloaded rifle, brass knuckles, pre-packaged cocaine, methamphetamine, and a quantity of cash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"729\" src=\"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/FB_IMG_1734736299297-1024x729.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10083\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/FB_IMG_1734736299297-1024x729.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/FB_IMG_1734736299297-300x214.jpg 300w, https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/FB_IMG_1734736299297-768x547.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/FB_IMG_1734736299297.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dawson Andrew Elliott, 25, of Habitant, has been charged with offences including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (cocaine and methamphetamine)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose (4counts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm (3counts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Careless Use of a Firearm (3 counts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of Property Obtained by Crime<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyone with information about illicit drugs or firearms in their community are encouraged to contact their nearest RCMP detachment or local police to report a crime.
