When officers arrested the man, he told them that he had a firearm in the bag he was wearing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investigators located and seized the firearm, which was loaded.<br>Harry Bell, 34, of Weymouth, is facing 29 charges, including Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, and Unsafe Storage of Firearm.
