{"id":10293,"date":"2025-01-14T14:29:54","date_gmt":"2025-01-14T17:29:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/?p=10293"},"modified":"2025-01-14T14:29:55","modified_gmt":"2025-01-14T17:29:55","slug":"rcmp-conclude-investigation-into-fatal-house-fire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/index.php\/2025\/01\/14\/rcmp-conclude-investigation-into-fatal-house-fire\/","title":{"rendered":"RCMP Conclude Investigation Into Fatal House Fire."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment has concluded its assistance in relation to a house fire that occurred in Lower Sackville.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On January 11, at approximately 3:10 a.m., RCMP officers, EHS and Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency (HRFE) responded to a house fire on Riverside Dr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of the victims transported to hospital by EHS, a 6-year-old child was pronounced deceased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At this time, investigators can say that the fire is not believed to be suspicious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The investigation, led by HRFE with assistance from the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service and the Office of the Fire Marshal, is ongoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Source : RCMP Release <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment has concluded its assistance in relation to a house fire that occurred in Lower Sackville.
