A 69-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On May 10, 2024, Mohamed Issak, 32, was charged with aggravated assault and remanded back to the East Coast Forensic Hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On July 6, 2024, the victim, Allen Nickerson, died in hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service has concluded Nickerson\u2019s death was a homicide.
