Investigators learned that a man entered the business, brandished a knife and demanded cash and cigarettes before fleeing on foot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There were no injuries reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A search of the area, assisted by Police Dog Services of the Halifax Regional Police, led officers to a home on Dickey Dr., where two men were safely arrested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Later that morning, a search warrant was executed at the residence. Officers seized cash, cigarettes and a knife from the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matthew Christopher Specht,&nbsp;38, from Middle Sackville, has been charged with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Robbery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mischief<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uttering Threats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrying a Concealed Weapon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Specht appeared in Dartmouth Provincial Court and was remanded into custody.
