It will also expand its online presence by offering live music broadcasts, exhibits and video productions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe Celtic Music Interpretive Centre showcases our community and Cape Breton Island,\u201d said Inverness MLA Kyle MacQuarrie, on behalf of Growth and Development Minister Colton LeBlanc. \u201cThe upgrades will have an impact on the provincial arts and culture sector, attracting visitors from around the world to the Official Celtic Music Centre of Nova Scotia.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Celtic Music Interpretive Centre Society received $750,000 through the Province\u2019s Community Economic Development Fund, which helps sectors and communities increase economic competitiveness and productivity. This investment supports the society\u2019s aspiration to be a globally recognized hub for Cape Breton Celtic music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quotes:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCeltic Music Interpretive Centre is excited to partner with the Province of Nova Scotia to launch our revitalization project.
