Antigonish County District RCMP is seeking information from the public following two incidents in Antigonish over the weekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On July 6, at approximately 1:25 a.m., RCMP officers and fire services responded to a report of several Molotov cocktails being thrown at a home and vehicle on Martin St.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the scene, officers seized several glass bottles containing fuel and engaged RCMP Forensic Identification Services to analyze the items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Two people wearing black hoodies were seen leaving the area in a dark GMC vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Later, at approximately 4:15 a.m., Antigonish County District RCMP responded to a report of fireworks being shot at a residence on Xavier Dr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Officers believe the two incidents are related and the investigations are ongoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
