{"id":11295,"date":"2025-08-13T10:45:22","date_gmt":"2025-08-13T13:45:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/?p=11295"},"modified":"2025-08-13T10:51:25","modified_gmt":"2025-08-13T13:51:25","slug":"39-year-old-charged-with-robbery-of-gas-station","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/index.php\/2025\/08\/13\/39-year-old-charged-with-robbery-of-gas-station\/","title":{"rendered":"39 Year Old Woman Charged With Robbery of Gas Station."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment has charged a woman after a robbery in Enfield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On August 8, at approximately 11:39 a.m., RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment responded to a report of a robbery in progress at a gas station and convenience store on Hwy. 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through the investigation, RCMP officers learned a woman was removing items from a display inside the store and placing them in her bag. When staff noticed what she was doing, the woman threatened to stab the employees while showing a knife. The woman then exited the store and fled in a vehicle. No one was injured during the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through video footage and witness information, officers were able to identify a suspect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samantha May MacDonald, 39, of Indian Brook, has been charged with Robbery and Fail to Comply with Probation Order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MacDonald was held in custody and appeared in Dartmouth Provincial Court on August 11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Source: RCMP Release <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment has charged a woman after a robbery in Enfield.
