Minutes prior to the collision, the same vehicle had struck a power pole at the intersection of Temperance Street and East River Road.<br>New Glasgow Fire Department attended with Nova Scotia Power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The driver was sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Aberdeen Hospital by Emergency Health Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New Glasgow Regional Police arrested and charged<br>Christopher Neil 27 years of age from Pictou County years of age with,<br>Driving While Impaired. 320.14(1)(a)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was released on an Undertaking and will be appearing in Provincial Court in Pictou on October 27, 202 New Glasgow Regional Police continue to investigate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Source: NGRP Release <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Motor Vehicle Collision leads to impaired driving charge.
