In April, five additional sexual assault charges were laid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On July 15, police laid two more sexual assault charges against Sergii Kozub. Mr. Kozub reappeared in Halifax Provincial Court on September 8 to face those charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Kozub was a massage therapist working at a business on Lacewood Drive in Halifax. The assaults are alleged to have taken place during appointments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional charges represent more victims coming forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Out of respect and concern for the victims, no further details about the incidents will be released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no statute of limitation on sexual assaults. Anyone who has been the victim of a sexual assault is encouraged to contact police.
