Upon investigation officers determined that 27-year-old male Nathaniel James Webber-Cook of Pictou County, was arrested and charged with impaired driving. He was remanded in custody and later released and is scheduled to appear in Pictou Provincial Court on January 13, to face the following charges under the Criminal Code of Canada:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Impaired operation of a motor vehicle<br>-Refusal to provide a sample of breath<br>-Breech of probation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New Glasgow Regional Police remind the public to call 911 immediately if they suspect an impaired driver.
