{"id":12268,"date":"2026-03-17T13:25:43","date_gmt":"2026-03-17T16:25:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/?p=12268"},"modified":"2026-03-17T13:25:45","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T16:25:45","slug":"provincial-weekly-traffic-advisories-9","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/index.php\/2026\/03\/17\/provincial-weekly-traffic-advisories-9\/","title":{"rendered":"Provincial Weekly Traffic Advisories."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>NEW WORK<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>ANTIGONISH COUNTY: Highway 104, Tracadie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The westbound lane of Highway 104 near Exit 37, under the East Tracadie overpass, will be closed for culvert repairs on Monday, March 16, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Traffic control will be in place, and motorists should expect delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>CONTINUING WORK<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>CAPE BRETON REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Campbell Brook Bridge, Sydney<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Campbell Brook Bridge on Keltic Drive is closed for replacement until July 31.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The detour is via Route 305 to Northwest Arm Road to Route 239 to Route 305. The bridge is closed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>COLCHESTER COUNTY: Salmon River Truss Bridge, Truro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Salmon River Truss Bridge connecting Walker and Main streets will have alternating lane closures for roadwork until Wednesday, September 30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Work takes place daily from sunrise to sunset; signs and traffic lights are in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>LUNENBURG COUNTY: Highway 103 Twinning, Hubbards to Chester<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Highway 103 from two kilometres west of Exit 6 to four kilometres west of Exit 7 has temporary lane closures for blasting until May 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the same project, Trunk 3 from one kilometre west of the carpool parking lot at Exit 7 to 400 metres east of the lot, has temporary lane closures for blasting until June 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The work in both locations is planned for most weekdays at about 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. for about 10 minutes at a time. The eastbound and westbound lanes are both closed during the blasting.
