{"id":13109,"date":"2026-07-20T13:19:07","date_gmt":"2026-07-20T16:19:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/?p=13109"},"modified":"2026-07-20T13:19:08","modified_gmt":"2026-07-20T16:19:08","slug":"police-investigate-fatal-crash-between-motorcycle-and-car","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/index.php\/2026\/07\/20\/police-investigate-fatal-crash-between-motorcycle-and-car\/","title":{"rendered":"Police Investigate Fatal Crash Between Motorcycle and Car."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police investigate fatal collision<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police are investigating a fatal collision that occurred this morning in Halifax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On July 20th, at approximately 5:50 a.m., Halifax Regional Police, Emergency Health Service and Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency responded to a two-vehicle collision involving a car and a motorcycle on the Bedford Highway, near the intersection of Flamingo Drive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The motorcyclist, a 66-year-old male, was pronounced deceased on scene by Emergency Health Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Traffic was blocked at the intersection of Flamingo Drive and Bedford Highway while Halifax Regional Police Collision Reconstruction Unit processed the scene.
