{"id":13350,"date":"2026-08-24T12:20:43","date_gmt":"2026-08-24T15:20:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/?p=13350"},"modified":"2026-08-24T12:20:44","modified_gmt":"2026-08-24T15:20:44","slug":"police-advise-of-high-risk-offender-residing-in-province","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/index.php\/2026\/08\/24\/police-advise-of-high-risk-offender-residing-in-province\/","title":{"rendered":"Police Advise of High Risk Offender Residing in Province."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the Nova Scotia Release of a High-Risk Offender Information Protocol, the Nova Scotia RCMP is advising citizens that a high-risk offender is believed to be relocating to the province from New Brunswick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Robert Edgar Paul, 35, isn\u2019t required to tell police where he\u2019ll be living; however, it\u2019s believed he\u2019ll be residing in the Millbrook area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"306\" height=\"321\" src=\"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/FB_IMG_1787584675645.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13351\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/FB_IMG_1787584675645.jpg 306w, https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/FB_IMG_1787584675645-286x300.jpg 286w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 306px) 100vw, 306px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paul has an extensive and persistent criminal history dating back to 2005, for both violent and non-violent offences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After serving his full term in a federal institution for his most recent convictions \u2013 Dangerous Operation of a Conveyance Causing Bodily Harm and Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm \u2013 Paul is scheduled to be released on August 24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paul is described as 5-foot-8, 185 pounds.
