With assistance from the Strait Ground Search and Rescue Team and Milford Haven Fire and Emergency Services, a missing person investigation started. At 7:20 a.m. this morning a 911 call was received of a body in the Milford River. The body was identified to be that of the missing person reported earlier approximately one kilometer from the parked vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The death is not believed to be suspicious in nature, however the investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our thoughts are with the family of the victim at this difficult time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Source: Release <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A 74-year-old man from Guysborough who was reported missing yesterday evening has been located deceased.
