The Inverness County District RCMP continues to ask for the public’s help in locating 78-year-old Derek Kruger who was last seen at a gas station in Antigonish on September 29.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since the investigation into Kruger’s disappearance began on October 4, an extensive search was conducted in the Greenfield, Colchester County, area where Kruger’s red Mazda Miata was found on a logging road and investigators have followed up on several tips, but no new information has been received more recently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The investigation is ongoing, and there is no indication of criminality at this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Derek Kruger is described as 5-foot-4, with brown hair, wearing glasses and a hearing aid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and those who know them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RCMP officers are looking for any new details about Kruger’s movements in late September and early October, even if they seem insignificant. This information could help locate him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
