Upon arrival at the scene, RCMP officers learned that a semi-tractor trailer was travelling Westbound on the highway when it rolled over at the intersection of Labelle Rd., knocking out a power pole causing power outages in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The driver and lone occupant of the semi-tractor trailer, a&nbsp;66-year-old Chester Grant man had to be extricated from the vehicle that suffered extensive damage.
