Arrest Warrant Issued For 22 Year Old in 2 Counts of Assault and Other Charges."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">UPDATE:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nicholas George Lush,&nbsp;22, who was wanted out of Inverness County on a province-wide arrest warrant has been safely arrested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance including shares on social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inverness County District RCMP\u00a0has obtained a warrant for the arrest of a man wanted in relation to an assault that occurred on January\u00a014,\u00a02024, in Port Hawkesbury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orginal Post:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nicholas George Lush,&nbsp;22, from Port Hawkesbury, has been charged with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assault (two counts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mischief (two counts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overcoming Resistance to Commission of Offence (Choking)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to Comply With Probation Order (two counts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Breach of Recognizance (four counts)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lush is described as&nbsp;6-feet,&nbsp;165&nbsp;lbs. He has blue eyes and blond hair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/2024-01-19_lush_nicholas.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6140\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police have made several attempts to locate Lush; however, are requesting assistance from the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anyone who sees Nicholas George Lush should refrain from approaching him and call police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Inverness County District RCMP at&nbsp;902-625-2220.
