Upon arrival at the scene, RCMP officers learned that a Black 2011 Kia Rio was travelling on Greenhill Rd. when it left the roadway and came to a rest on its roof in the ditch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, a 62-year-old Westville man was pronounced deceased on scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An RCMP collision reconstructionist attended the scene, Greenhill Rd. was closed for several hours but has since reopened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The investigation remains ongoing and is being assisted by the Medical Examiner Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Source: RCMP Release <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pictou County District RCMP is investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Green Hill.
