A 30-year-old male was already at the Aberdeen Hospital at the time of the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preliminary investigation indicates that the man was shot outside of a Washington Street residence in the 400 block area resulting in non-life threatening injuries. The shooting is believed to have occurred between 5:15a.m. to 5:30a.m. Investigators have determined that there is no immediate threat to public safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New Glasgow Regional Police Major Crime Unit with assistance of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Forensic Identification Services continues to investigate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police continue to be on scene at this time February 16 2024 2:25pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact the New Glasgow Regional Police at 902-752-1941.
