The Special Victims Section of the RCMP\/HRP Integrated Criminal Investigation Division has charged a man with Sexual Assault following an incident in Lawrencetown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On September 11, 2023, RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment received a complaint of sexual assault. Officers learned that a man was using Facebook Dating to communicate with a woman who agreed to meet with him at a restaurant on Forest Hills Parkway in Cole Harbour. The woman later entered the man\u2019s Dodge Ram and was driven to a location in Lawrencetown, where the man sexually assaulted her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On February 23, Manjeet Singh Pandher, 46, from Bedford, attended the RCMP\/HRP Integrated Criminal Investigation Division office, at the investigator\u2019s request, where he was safely arrested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pandher has been charged with Sexual Assault. He was later released on conditions and is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court on April 2, at 9:30 a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
