{"id":6580,"date":"2024-03-21T10:21:15","date_gmt":"2024-03-21T13:21:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/?p=6580"},"modified":"2024-03-21T10:21:16","modified_gmt":"2024-03-21T13:21:16","slug":"19-year-old-man-charged-with-serious-offences","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/index.php\/2024\/03\/21\/19-year-old-man-charged-with-serious-offences\/","title":{"rendered":"19 Year Old Man Charged With Serious Offences."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Richmond County District RCMP has charged a River Bourgeois man with sexual offences and investigators believe there may be additional victims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On March 8, Richmond County District RCMP charged a 19-year-old man of French Cove with multiple offences as part of an investigation into reports of child pornography and sexual touching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the investigation, officers learned that the man had sexual contacts with minors as well as created and distributed child pornography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, Seth Boudreau has been charged with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Possession of Child Pornography;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sexual Interference;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Luring a Child (two counts);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extortion (two counts);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Making Sexually Explicit Material Available to Child (two counts).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Boudreau was arrested on December 28, 2023 and released on conditions. He is scheduled to appear in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court on April 11 at 9:30 a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The investigation is continuing, and investigators believe that there may be more victims.
