{"id":7245,"date":"2024-05-28T13:39:42","date_gmt":"2024-05-28T16:39:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/?p=7245"},"modified":"2024-05-28T13:53:33","modified_gmt":"2024-05-28T16:53:33","slug":"new-tourism-advertising-campaign-highlighting-communities-and-film-industry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/index.php\/2024\/05\/28\/new-tourism-advertising-campaign-highlighting-communities-and-film-industry\/","title":{"rendered":"New Tourism Advertising Campaign Highlighting Communities and Film Industry."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A new advertising campaign highlighting Nova Scotia communities and linking to the local film industry encourages travellers to visit the province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe have an opportunity to leverage the great work the film industry is doing in Nova Scotia to raise awareness of our province with travellers,\u201d said Susan Corkum-Greek, Minister of Economic Development, on behalf of Allan MacMaster, Minister of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage. \u201cThe film industry is an important part of our provincial economy, and this is a unique way to extend those benefits to further support tourism.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first ads showcase locations around Nova Scotia and are playing during the popular Sullivan\u2019s Crossing series \u2013 filmed in Nova Scotia \u2013 coinciding with the broadcast of Season 2.
