Lunenburg District RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 54-year-old Melvin William Townsend, who was last seen walking on Hwy. 10 in Cookville on June 13, around 7:00 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Townsend is described as\u00a05-foot-2, approximately\u00a0245\u00a0pounds, with hazel eyes and a shaved head. He is known to travel on a black bicycle with oversized tires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bridgewater Police Service issued a request to the public to help locate Townsend on June\u00a020, but he still has not been found. Lunenburg District RCMP has taken over responsibility of the file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
