{"id":7645,"date":"2024-06-28T11:22:57","date_gmt":"2024-06-28T14:22:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/?p=7645"},"modified":"2024-06-28T11:22:58","modified_gmt":"2024-06-28T14:22:58","slug":"man-charged-with-multiple-serious-offences","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/index.php\/2024\/06\/28\/man-charged-with-multiple-serious-offences\/","title":{"rendered":"Man Charged With Multiple Serious Offences."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The RCMP\/HRP Integrated Criminal Investigation Division has charged a man with firearms offences following a seizure in Eastern Passage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On June&nbsp;26, the Special Enforcement Section of the RCMP\/HRP Integrated Criminal Investigation Division, assisted by the RCMP Emergency Response Team, executed a search warrant at a home on Kerri Lea Ln. in relation to an ongoing weapons investigation that began earlier this month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the home, officers safely arrested a&nbsp;22-year-old Eastern Passage man then located and seized a stolen handgun that was loaded, a quantity of cash and a cell phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Travolta Adam Beals-Flint has been charged with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Possession Contrary to Order (two counts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to Comply with a Court Order (two counts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Careless Use of a Firearm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unsafe Storage of a Firearm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a Firearm Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a Restricted Firearm with Ammunition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a Weapon Obtained by the Commission of an Offence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of Property Obtained by Crime<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laundering Proceeds of Crime<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Beals-Flint appeared in court and was remanded into custody.
