Through the investigation, officers determined that, during the altercation, a man who was driving a black Cadillac pointed a firearm at the other driver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The driver of the Cadillac was identified a short time later and RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment, with assistance of Halifax Regional Police, the RCMP Emergency Response Team and RCMP Police Dog Services, subsequently executed a search warrant at a home on Karen Dr. in Westphal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the residence, officers safely arrested the man involved in the altercation and seized three replica handguns, holsters, and prohibited weapons such as brass knuckles and knifes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matthew Steven Jennett,&nbsp;28, of Westphal, has been charged with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uttering Threats (two counts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using Imitation Firearm in the Commission of Offence (two counts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>He was held in custody and is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The investigation is ongoing and is being led by RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment.
