{"id":8608,"date":"2024-09-03T10:47:30","date_gmt":"2024-09-03T13:47:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/?p=8608"},"modified":"2024-09-03T10:47:32","modified_gmt":"2024-09-03T13:47:32","slug":"57-year-old-facing-multiple-charges-after-vehicle-struck-a-house","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nnpress.ca\/index.php\/2024\/09\/03\/57-year-old-facing-multiple-charges-after-vehicle-struck-a-house\/","title":{"rendered":"57 Year Old Facing Multiple Charges After Vehicle Struck a House."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On September 2, at approximately 10:20 am, the Truro Police Service received several calls about a vehicle striking a house on East Prince St.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Officers patrolled the area and arrested a 57-year-old man from Debert who fled the scene on foot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The accused is facing charges of failure or refusal to comply with breath sample demand, property damage, operation of a vehicle while prohibited, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to stop after an accident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The accused is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on September 25, 2024.
