Officers also seized the following items from the location:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Loaded sawed-off shotgun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unloaded sawed-off shotgun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unloaded .22 rifle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ammunition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hatchet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>OC spray<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drug paraphernalia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 bikes\/frames<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 e-bikes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 e-scooter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bike parts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 generators<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 sets of power tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 safe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cash<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Two men, aged 45 and 31, will appear in Halifax provincial court at a later date to face the following charges:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Possession of stolen property over $5,000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unsafe storage of a firearm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of weapons dangerous to public peace<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized possession of a firearm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a firearm knowing possession is unauthorized<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a prohibited firearm with ammunition (loaded)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tampering with serial no. on firearm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store firearm or restricted weapon contrary to regs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a prohibited device or ammunition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The 45-year-old man is also facing the charge of failing to comply with a probation order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On June 22 officers located approximately 40 bicycles and scooters along with numerous parts at the same location in Halifax.
