Lunenburg District RCMP is seeking information from the public about a robbery near Pine Grove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On October 7, at approximately 3:30 a.m., Lunenburg District RCMP responded to a report of a robbery from a man who was hitchhiking on Pinegrove Rd. Investigators learned that a white Chevrolet Malibu stopped near the man and the male driver approached him. The driver took the man\u2019s bag, placed it in the trunk, and fled in the car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The last known direction of travel for the Malibu was northwest on Hwy. 10 toward New Germany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The man was treated for non-life-threatening injuries related to this incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The male driver was described as 5’11” with a smaller build, and had short, dark messy hair and a mustache. He was wearing sneakers, jeans, and a green and black plaid short-sleeved shirt. He was also said to have a South Shore accent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
