The RCMP\/HRP Integrated Criminal Investigation Division is continuing its investigation into the deaths of two adults who were found deceased at a residence on Rockcliffe Dr. in Enfield on October 18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Working with the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service, it has been determined that a 60-year-old woman died as a result of homicide and the death of a 61-year-old man was due to self-inflicted injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The two people were known to one another. Our thoughts are with their loved ones and the community at this difficult time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In consideration of the Privacy Act and out of respect for the families, the RCMP\/HRP Integrated Criminal Investigation Division will not be releasing any further details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The ongoing investigation is being led by the RCMP\/HRP Integrated Criminal Investigation Division with assistance from RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment, Nova Scotia RCMP Forensic Identification Services, and the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
