He was last seen at approximately 7:30 p.m. on October 29; he\u2019s believed to have been involved in a collision on Hwy. 104 in Westchester Valley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bishop has brown hair and blue eyes. He\u2019s approximately 5\u20197\u201d tall, 135 pounds.
