Investigators learned that two youths each returned home to find a dozen pre-rolled joints among their Halloween treats. At this time, it\u2019s believed the razor blade came from a home on Taranaki Dr. in Westphal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investigators are asking the public to exercise caution, check treats and report incidents to police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyone with information is asked to call 902-490-5020.
