NSHA is Requesting The Public’s Help in Locating Missing Patient.

Nova Scotia Health is requesting the public’s assistance is locating Max Xavier Lowe Perry, 22, who has been missing from a Dartmouth hospital since Saturday, Dec. 13.

Perry is about 6′ 1″ tall and weighs 140 lbs. He has shoulder-length brown hair and has a tattoo of a snake/serpent on his left hand.

He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black ball cap (with a black bandana underneath) and white Nike sneakers.

The patient’s risk to himself and others increases with the length of time he is away from treatment.

Anyone with information is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.
